Notice is hereby given that pursuant to City Council Resolution No. 20 dated 12.02.2025, a specific search fee has been introduced for requests for historical archival research for certificates, extracts and certified copies of birth, marriage and death records.
This fee was introduced as of 12.02.2025 providing for the payment of the amounts listed below in the reference table below, given the fact that the operator has to physically operate a search within the historical archives in paper format, activating an onerous workload that may also be unfruitful in case the requested data are not found in the archives, thus not being able to produce consequent certifying acts.
Therefore, for the fulfillment of your request, it is necessary for you to submit the receipt of payment attached to the research request to be made.
This amount will be handled with online payment through the PagoPa system at the following link https://www.cittadinodigitale.it/apspagopa/Payment/PagamentiAnonimi/FABBRICHE under Pago PA Payments – Spontaneous Payment – Secretarial Fees.
