One-stop shop for productive activities (SUAP)
Modalities of access to records for practices initiated through the One Stop Shop for Productive Activities.
The service is aimed at entrepreneurs, professionals and private citizens.
The service deals with procedures related to opening, relocation, changes, termination, and takeover for any business activity with the exclusion of those carried out in itinerant or temporal form.
As of April 30, 2016, in application of Presidential Decree 160/2010 and the resolutions of the Tuscany Regional Council No. 129/2011, No. 61/2015, No. 1227/2015 and No. 121/2016, which oblige all Entities to use interoperability channels in procedural investigation, all SUAP files concerning business activity must be received at the Single Desk exclusively by accessing the telematic platform of the Tuscany Region called STAR (Sistema Telematico di Accettazione Regionale).
The Unione Comuni Garfagnana manages the Sportello Unico Attività Produttive function in associated form for all the municipalities of the Union.

Upon authentication by selecting in the menu below "Send the file online "or "Follow the file." In order to facilitate the expected fulfillments, a new service of the Regional Network of Suap is available that allows the consultation of the Database by viewing the preview of forms in pdf format informing that these forms are not usable for the submission of applications.
Consultation of relevant regulations, procedures, requirements and access to forms is possible through the online service.
To access, it is necessary to:

Procedures related to practices under SUAP competence are regulated by Articles 5 and 7 of Presidential Decree No. 160 of 7/9/2010, which stipulate, with the exception of cases of environmental assessment, deadlines for conclusion within 60 days from the date of submission or supplementation of the application/certified notice of commencement of activity.
For each endoprocedure (single application or certified report of commencement of activity pertaining to an external office or entity that constitutes the virtual file of single application) a processing fee is to be paid. To this cost must be added the payment of the processing fees pertaining to the external offices/entities that handle the examination: these costs can be found on the institutional websites of the individual entities.
Payments should be made using only the PagoPA mode.
