Single regional forms for productive activities and building activities (SUAP)

For construction matters, following the enactment of Regional Law No.50/2017, which adapted Regional Law No.65/2014 on the government of the territory to the amendments to Presidential Decree No.380/2001 as set forth in Legislative Decree No.222/2016, the single regional forms were approved by Regional Council Resolution No.1031 of 25/11/2017 and subsequent updates approved by Executive Decrees n.16086 of 07/11/2017, n.13366 of 07/08/2019, n.999 of 27/01/2020, n.2434 of 21/02/2020, n.253 of 13/01/2021, n.1413 of 2/02/2021, n.760 of 19/01/2022, n.1753 of 02/02/2023, n.1754 of 01/02/2023 and n.2805 of 16/02/2023.

By Regional Council Resolution No. 63 of January 30, 2023, the Region of Tuscany approved, pursuant to Article 2, Paragraph 4, of Regional Law No. 38 of November 11, 2022, the following single regional forms:

- Notice of commencement of work subject to Building Permit (Annex A);
- Filing of the final state of the work (Building Permit and SCIA) (Annex B);
- Filing of the final status of works subject to CILA (Annex C).

By Directorial Decree No. 1754 of February 1, 2023, the Tuscany Region updated the forms of:

• • Communication of completion of work;

• • Sworn certificate of habitability;
  • Construction Permit Application Form;

.

• Report of asseveration of Building Permit;
• Construction SCIA Form;
• Building SCIA asseveration report;
• Construction SCIA alternative to Building Permit form;
• Report of asseveration of building SCIA alternative to Building Permit;
• Substantiated Notice to Proceed (CILA) form;
• Substantiated Construction Commencement Notice Form for interventions under Article 119 of Decree-Law No. 34 of 2020 - CILA Superbonus.

CILA - Superbonus for interventions referred to in Article 119 of Decree-Law No. 34/2020

Following the enactment of Decree-Law No. 34/2020, by Regional Council Resolution no. 848 of August 2, 2021, were approvedthe single regional forms of Commencement of Assured Notice of Commencement of Work (CILA-Superbonus) and Attachment Subjects Involved, effective as of the effective date of the "Agreement between the government, regions and local authorities concerning the adoption of unified and standardized forms for the submission of the Assured Notice of Commencement of Work (cila-superbonus), pursuant to Article 119, paragraph 13-ter of Decree Law May 19, 2020, no. 34, converted with amendments by Law No. 77 of July 17, 2020."
