The Municipality of Fabbriche di Vergemoli intends to lease, pursuant to current regulations on the leasing of urban real estate for use other than residential use, as per Law No. 392 of 07/27/1978, a portion of a building for non-housing use (Basement Floor) located in Fabbriche Di Vergemoli Via Molino Vecchio, Loc. Fabbriche Di Vallico and distinguished at the Land Registry Administrative Section A, Sec. urb. B, Sheet 10 particle 3226. The adjudication will be made in favor of the party that submits the highest bid upward from the base price established in this notice.
